Shaykh Dhikrullah Shafi'i

Shaykh Dhikrullah Shafi'i is a prominent Nigerian Islamic scholar, jurist, and the Grand Mufti of the Conference of Islamic Organisations (CIO). Based primarily in Lagos, Nigeria, he is widely respected for his extensive work in Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh), community leadership, and religious education.

He serves as the spiritual and legal guide for the CIO, an umbrella body coordinating several Muslim organisations across Nigeria. He hosts the weekly online program Al-Fatwa with Sheikh and anchors the Fiqh Forum Lagos, breaking down complex Islamic financial and transactional laws for ordinary citizens. He maintains strong collaborative ties with the MSSN Lagos State Area Unit and The Muslim Congress (TMC).
